Great communication, great service, on-time and as-quoted! We were happy that they could shred sprial-bound notebooks and old floppy-discs too, and can add hard-drives for shredding later at their facility. We thought the price was reasonable, and they showed up even in a winter storm! These days, when it comes to service, it's hard to get anyone who will do what they say, on time, and for the price advertised, so these folks are a stand-out!
